1. Introduction
Welcome to NordicNavigator! By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (ToS). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
NordicNavigator provides the following services:
- Counseling on integrating into Swedish society
- Assistance with documentation (e.g., personnummer, samordningsnummer)
- Language support
- Housing search assistance
- Guidance on benefit applications
- Healthcare navigation
- Educational system guidance
Limitations: Our services are based on practical experience and are not professional advice in any field. We do not offer legal representation or professional legal advice.
3. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when using our services.
- Follow provided guidelines and instructions.
- Respect appointment times and communicate promptly for any changes.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
- Consultation: The first 30-minute consultation is free.
- Hourly Rate: Services are billed at 598 SEK per hour, 25% VAT included, with a minimum billing increment of 30 minute (299 SEK).
- Estimation: During the initial consultation, an estimate of the required hours will be provided, along with a maximum allowed number of hours.
- Refunds: After the free consultation, if a customer books an additional 30 minutes, a full refund for these first paid 30 minutes can be issued. If further work is required and accepted, no refunds will be given.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled meeting.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the meeting will incur a 50% charge.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Personal information collected during our services is used solely for providing the requested assistance. We comply with relevant data protection laws, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law. Data is stored securely and only accessible to authorized personnel.
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes, we prefer to resolve them through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be referred to arbitration according to the rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Höör Municipality, Sweden.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement for services by providing written notice if the other party breaches any terms of this agreement and fails to rectify the breach within a reasonable time. Termination can also occur if either party feels the service is no longer needed or beneficial.
10. Intellectual Property
All content and tools provided by NordicNavigator are the intellectual property of NordicNavigator. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
11. Changes to Terms
NordicNavigator reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
